I love hummus, but I’ve never made it. Your recipe makes it sound quite doable. Also, it’s not the most appetizing-looking dish in the world, but you manage to make it look delish!
I just saw Don’t Mess with Zohan, and that’s all I can think of when I see hummus, even after a lifetime of enjoying it.
