New Year's Brunch

By December 27, 2012

Follow me on:

eggs benedictWhether you're going out New Year's Eve or staying in, start the year out right with a leisurely brunch the next morning. Personally, I'm a big fan of Eggs Benedict, but if you're the make-it-ahead kind of cook, quiche is a great choice. Pair your brunch entree with apple and celery salad or shaved fennel salad, or if you indulge a bit too much the night before, just sit back with a refreshing Bloody Mary.
