A while back, an online friend of ours introduced us to her idea of "Taco Friday" -- which is exactly what it sounds like. Most Fridays, we pick a taco filling (tried and true, or new to us) and that's what's for dinner. While our schedule sometimes dictates that Taco Friday actually falls on Thursday or Saturday, we think the spirit's more important than the actual day. But this week Taco Friday is actually on Friday -- tonight, it's going to be fish tacos.
