When I was a child my father used to make peach/blackberry cobblers in August when both fruits were in season. Although you can make this recipe for Peach-Blackberry Smoothie any time you can find fresh fruit, it's best when peaches and blackberries are in season in your area.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 peach, peeled
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Preparation:
1. Place all four ingredients into the blender.
2. Blend on high for about 15 seconds, or until it is creamy and smooth.
