The Grand Mimosa, a combination of champagne, orange juice, and orange liqueur is the ultimate brunch libation. Oh, I'm fond of Bloody Mary's (my Daddy makes a mean Bloody Mary - and I do mean mean, vicious even) and a Screwdriver is hard to beat for simplicity. Irish Coffee can be nice on a cold morning. But for class and flavor you can't beat the Mimosa. (Larger image.) Makes 1.
