Salads: There's a Place for a Salad in Every Meal

Salads recipes can range from a simple collection of greens dressed with oil and vinegar and intended as first course or side dish to elaborate, carefully cotrsucted compound affairs with layers of ingredients artfully arranged and intended as a main course.
Greek Caprese Salad: Variation on a Classic
